These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AI-powered business tools, workflow automation, and customer communication services (the "Service") provided by Wright Now Digital LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers.

The Service is intended for small businesses and the individuals authorized to act on their behalf. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and authorized to bind the business you represent to these Terms.

You may be required to register an account to use certain features. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

The Service includes AI-powered business tools, workflow automation, and customer communication features. We may add, change, or remove features from time to time. You are responsible for configuring your automations and reviewing their output before relying on it.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• violate any applicable law or third-party right;
• upload, store, or process data you do not have the right to access or share;
• send unsolicited or prohibited communications, including spam, in violation of applicable law;
• attempt to access, probe, or disrupt the Service's infrastructure or security; or
• reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service, except as permitted by law.

The Service uses artificial intelligence and third-party models to generate workflows, content, and suggestions. Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your use case. You are responsible for reviewing all output before acting on it. We do not guarantee that any output is correct, complete, or fit for a particular purpose.

The Service is offered as a recurring monthly subscription billed in advance. Unless otherwise noted, the current subscription price is $99.00 USD per month. Your subscription renews automatically each billing period until you cancel.

By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. We may change pricing on renewal by giving you reasonable prior notice. Fees are billed in U.S. dollars.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us using the details below. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you retain access until then.

All fees are non-refundable. Except where required by applicable law, we do not provide refunds for any amounts paid, and no refunds or credits will be issued for partially used billing periods.

We provide customer support to help you set up and maintain your automations. You can reach us at support@wrightnowdigital.com. We respond to support requests as promptly as practicable during normal business hours; we do not commit to a guaranteed response time unless agreed in writing.

You retain ownership of the data you submit to the Service. You grant us a limited license to use, process, and store your data solely to operate and improve the Service for you. Our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

The Service may connect to third-party tools you authorize, such as your email, messaging, or calendar provider. Those integrations are governed by the third party's terms, and you are responsible for your use of them. We are not responsible for the conduct or availability of third-party services.

We strive for high availability but do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Maintenance, outages, and third-party dependencies may cause downtime. We are not liable for any unavailability.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will Wright Now Digital LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of your use of the Service, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe you have misused the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and revise the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Wright Now Digital LLC is located at 4333 Corbett Dr, Ste 1179, Fort Collins, CO 80525.
